Hey again :)

Do you now these moments when you really could need someone to talk to but there's noone there? It's not that there weren't some wonderfull friends out there but that they are friends doesn't mean that they haven't their own lives and problems. I won't bother them.
I started to clean up my room while listening to some music that moves me somehow. Then there is this stupid little journal entry. Don't know if anyone will read it or is interested in it but I don't care. I still could write some of my feelings down and that's good. Later I will sit down on my bed and watch a movie with a good cup of tea in a relaxing atmosphere. Maybe this will change my mood.  
So what do you do in situations like that?

I try to go to sleep, if I can. By the time I wake up I'm usually in a better mood. But the trick is getting to sleep in the first place.

Or I could play an especially immersive/destructive video game.
