Artists who do not have a "signature recieved" behind their names: I need your signatures ASAP!!! If you do not send me a signature until this saturday, I will take a signature from one of your latest pictures or just write your DA name in a font.What will happen next: If everything goes according to plan,
will recieve the file next monday at the latest (I'm really sorry that I could not do it till yesterday!!! Working with this huge file is very difficult and it slows the computer down very much, so it takes very long. I'm really sorry!!). She will print it for us and take it to the Gathering. The print will be sold there. The money from the sale will be used to pay the costs for the print and the exhibition at the Gathering's art show. If there should be money left, it will be donated to the Gathering.
After the Gathering is over, I will write a final journal entry for the GGPP 2007 in which I post a link to a huge version of the file. However, it will not have the artist's signatures on it - so the print that is for sale at the Gathering will be unique. Then I'll send a small version of the group pic to the DA Gargoyles Club along with a link to the final GGPP journal entry. And ... yeah ... after 6 months of work the GGPP will be ended.

Fanime was amazing but it totally left me sick for weeks 
after I got better, I went through the letters I got and found one that had nothing but $20 and a note describing one of my posters. It looked like someone made a mistake and accidentally gave me their money without getting a poster. --I was also approached by some others wanting a print of it, but I'm unsure of if this is okay, with so many different peoples' artwork on it. Plus there's the cost, and where the money'd go to, et cetera...

I wonder- if the group picture project goes well and people want copies of the GGP will there BE any copies made?
I vote that there be a attached page of all the artists personal DA or website URLs should people be curious to find out more of the artists involved in this project

I don't know if we really will attach such a list to the print but it's a nice idea as some artists are not very well known in the fandom until now. If we would also add the names and headshots of the drawn characters, people would know, who is who and who was drawn by whom.
However, I plan to do such a list for the final GGPP journal entry, in which the picture will be revealed online.
